THURSDAY 9th

6: pm Meet and greet for early arrivals at Burke’s Hotel Belmore Street

 FRIDAY 10TH  

Cruise the beautiful twin townships of  

Yarrawonga and Mulwala 

3:00pm – 8:00pm Entrant registrations. Mulwala Ski Club, Melbourne Street, Mulwala. 

6:30pm – 8:00pm Mulwala Ski Club, Melbourne Street, Mulwala.  Sausage sizzle and drink voucher provided for entrants. 

4:00pm till late Entertainment provided.  

SATURDAY 11TH 

9:00am – 11:00am Entrant registrations. Mulwala Ski Club, 

10:00am Assemble at Mulwala ski club carpark Cruise.  

10:30am Leave on Observations Cruise / Poker Run  

11.00am Registration Closes 

1.00pm Ladies Afternoon Tea (ticket fee $5.00), served at rear reception room burkes hotel. 

5.00pm – 10:00pm Exclusive entrant cruising along Belmore Street  between McNally St and Witt Street roundabouts.

6:00pm – 8.00pm Two course Dinner served at Yarrawonga Golf Club,  (comprising of 1 sitting at 6:00pm) only available  to Entrants who have pre-booked on the Entry form.  Location is 47 Golf Club Drive, Mulwala NSW.  Drinks available at bar prices. 

6:00pm – 10.00pm  Rock & Roll dance out the front of the Town Hall, Belmore Street, entertainment by DJ Antony & Itchy Fingers. 

SUNDAY 12TH 

7:00am Super Sunday Show & Shine set up at JC Lowe oval.

7:00am – 9.00am Breakfast served for entrants

 9:00am  -Show & Shine open to public.

      –  Entertainment DJ Antony & Itchy Fingers  

  • Local market and amusement rides open

10:00am Rock & Roll Fashion Parade. 

11.00 am SES demonstration.

12:00 p.m. Raffle draw. (Raffle winners must be in attendance when drawn, if prize not claimed within two minutes it will be redrawn until a winner is found.)

12.15pm Great Charity Auction,

1:30 p.m. Top 10 Presentations

IMPORTANT NOTE/CONDITIONS TO ENTRANTS: • 1975 and earlier vehicles ONLY are eligible to enter. Blatantly un-roadworthy and temporary permit vehicles not eligible.  • Post 1975 vehicles WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE CRUISE OR SHOW ’N’ SHINE. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WILL BE ENTERED INTO. • Once payment has been processed no changes can be made to the Entry. • Only one Rod Run “Special Entrant” Polo shirt per entry form (Extra T-Shirts ordered will be of event style). • One single individual entry per entry form (no multiple entries).  • No Entries accepted after close off date. •”Special Entrant” Polo shirt cannot be exchanged for different sizes. • If “Special Entrant” T shirt size is not indicated on the entry form then a Large will be issued. • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. Entrant goodie bag will be posted out instead after the event is over. • Receipts with the Entry Number will be issued to every entrant. This must be presented at registration otherwise entry may be refused. Therefore if you have not received your receipt within two weeks of sending in your entry please contact Fruitbowl Productions on 1300 663 450:• Window stickers and arm bands will not be handed to entrants on behalf of other entrants under any circumstances. Late entry is available but not guaranteed due to entrant numbers being capped (no Tshirt or goodie bay will be provided)
